At Nissen Coffee, we are committed to providing premium-quality coffee beans sourced from the Philippines and delivering them worldwide with care. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
How to Return a Product
Please notify us via email at customerservice@nissencoffee.com before returning any item. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is estimated to be a maximum of DKK 99. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for:
Opened or used coffee products
Items returned after the 14-day window
If your item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately with supporting photos, and we will make it right.
