Prices
At Nissen Coffee all prices are in Danish kroner ,VAT and taxes calculated upon check out. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
Payment
Nissencoffee.com accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank transfer.
The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. If you pay by bank transfer, we will ship the items when we see the money in our account.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Freight, shipping and delivery
We ship throughout Denmark with GLS to Parcel Shops and business addresses. Delivery time 1-3 days to addresses in Denmark. Price DKK 49.-
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 499,- incl. VAT for private customers.
Free shipping DKK 2,500,- excl. VAT (DKK 3,125,- incl. VAT) for business customers.
Delivery is made to the address provided and is received by the customer or their authorized representative.
Shipping with GLS
In-stock items are generally shipped within 0-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays will typically be processed the next business day.
We use GLS for most deliveries, however large purchases such us coffee machines are shipped as pallet freight. GLS delivers to parcel shops, home delivery or to business addresses. GLS' normal delivery time is typically 1-3 business days to Denmark.
You will receive a tracking code so you can follow your package's journey from us to you.
Unclaimed packages
If you fail to pick up a package at the parcel shop, it will be returned to us (typically after 7 days). Contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number. If you want the package resent, you must pay a new shipping fee, as GLS charges shipping for a new package.
NOTE: Please note that an uncollected package is not considered a cancellation of the purchase; this requires that you actively notify us of the cancellation.
Right of return and cancellation
When you shop at Nordic Coffee House, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you have received your goods or we have entered into an agreement for a service.
Goods
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@nissencoffee.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Return of goods
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery. The costs of returning these items are expected to cost a maximum of DKK 99.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
1. Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to your specifications or have been given a clear personal touch. This may apply, for example, if special roast or private label coffee has been produced for you.
2. Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
The condition of the item when you return it :
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase or the agreement, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address of the address we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it personally to the above address. However, only with prior agreement.
Right of withdrawal in business purchases
For business customers there is no right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing. Business customers are considered private companies, public institutions, associations, foundations and independent institutions.
Right of complaint and warranty
The rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods but not services. However, you still have the right to complain if there are errors or deficiencies in the service. You must complain within a reasonable time and preferably as soon as possible, as time may be crucial to our ability to remedy the situation.

On the other hand, you have a right of complaint for 24 months for purchases. Contact us before sending the item. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. A specific assessment is made by professional staff through Nissen Coffee as to whether there is a defect that is subject to a complaint. When there is a defect in an item, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. It is therefore necessary that you follow the enclosed instructions for use, washing instructions and other instructions that guide the correct use and maintenance of the product. Failure to comply with the instructions will be considered incorrect use or other inappropriate behavior, and errors that arise as a result will therefore not be covered by the right to complaint. Should you receive an item that you believe is subject to a complaint, please contact us at info@nissencoffee.com Please contact us before returning an item.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
